PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze data acquired by scan processing by an optical interference image diagnostic apparatus, and determine presence or absence of a NURD.SOLUTION: Polarization interference data acquired from a polarization separation detection circuit at a timing indicating each angle while an optical transmission/reception part is rotated is subjected to FFT so as to acquire line data in each angle direction. A first peak directed from a rotation center in each line data to a radial direction is acquired as data indicating intensity of reflection from a lens surface. A pattern is found in which there is a period when the intensity of reflection is substantially constant, and then it returns to a normal curve at once, and the section is determined as a NURD section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
