摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for estimating an input earthquake motion capable of removing the influence unique to the existing structure.SOLUTION: A method for estimating an input earthquake motion includes: a step of preparing the existing structure and the base of the periphery, performing a dynamic earthquake response analysis for the existing structure in an analytic model with earthquake waveform data observed by any one of seismometer of the lower part or the upper part of the existing structure as input data, adjusting the analytic model so that the response value is approximately matched with the earthquake waveform data observed by other seismometer of the lower part or the upper part of the existing structure, and calculating an input earthquake motion toward a bottom surface of the base in the analytic model after the adjustment; and a step of preparing the analytic model of the base by excluding the existing structure from the analytic model after the adjustment, performing the dynamic earthquake response analysis by making the calculated input earthquake motion act on the bottom surface of the base in the prepared analytic model, and estimating the response value on the surface of the base as the input earthquake motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
