Invention herewith described refers to the procedure for obtaining dietary products with effects on urogenital tract in the form of syrup, which is composed of a mixture of medicinal herbs, spice plants and vegetables made up of 12.5 mass% of prostrate knotweed (Polygonum aviculare), 12.5% mass of the St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), 12.5 mass of small nettle (Urtica ureus) leaves, 12.5 mass% of cucumber fruit (Cucumis sativus), 12.5% mass% of basil flower stems of (Ocimum basilicum), 12.5 mass% of parsley leaves (Petroselinum sativum), 12.5 mass% of caraway seed (Carum carvi), 12.5% mass of green tomato fruit (Solanum lycoperesicum).Mixture of medicinal herbs, spice plants and vegetables is chopped, ground and soaked in 60% water-ethanol solution, where the ratio of mixture of medicinal herbs and spice plants and vegetables to the solution is 1:5. After this preparation, extraction is carried out at a temperature of 200C for ten-days, and the filtered extract is mixed with the previously prepared honey base in ratio of 1:2. Honey base is made from honey and purified water in ratio of 1:1 and thus prepared base is set aside until the end of fermentation caused by mixing honey with water. |
