PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a product having a good matt style and excellent design properties by providing a heat treating unit at a downstream side of a pair of endless belts of an apparatus for manufacturing to continuously heating and polymerizing a raw material. SOLUTION: A polymerized raw material manufactured by mixing an acrylic component, an inorganic filler, a crosslinker, a light stabilizer, a polymerization initiator, a pigment or the like by an agitation type mixer and degassing the mixture in vacuum is charged in a continuously curing unit. The material is held by upper layer endless belts 1 while moving the material together with the belt 1' through a raw material pouring unit 6, fed through a hot air, warm water bath, heated and polymerized by an infrared ray or the like, heat treated in second heating zones 9, 9' by a far infrared heater, an air furnace or the like to complete polymerizing. Then, the material is passed through cooling zones 10, 11 to a molding plate, and given by a matt style to the surface by heat treating units 14, 14' to a product. Thus, the product having good matt style and excellent design properties can be efficiently produced. |
