METHOD FOR DISSOLVING BINDER RESIN AND ITS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dissolving a binder resin and its apparatus wherein the time required for the dissolving step of a binder resin in a solvent is shortened and the product quality can be improved by stabilization of production conditions and the productivity can be improved by rationalization. SOLUTION: A measured amount of binder resin 11 is charged in a storage part 13 equipped over a tank 1. Solvent 9 which is charged into the tank 1 beforehand is convected by the rotation of agitating blade 3 and the binder resin in storage part 13 is then gradually charged by opening a shutter 15 to a predetermined degree. This allows a binder resin 11 to be fully dissolved and the mechanical charging allows an improvement in quality and an increase in productivity to be achieved.
