The angle formed between an intake air inlet 101 and an intake air inlet of a propeller blade in the nearest angle position in the standard time (arbitrary) is taken asα, the distance between the position in which the propeller generates dynamic pulsation and the specified position of an engine intake device is set as L, sound speed is set as (a), the numbers of revolution of the engine is set as N, the conversion coefficient of the numbers of revolution to the rotational angle speed is set as (k), and the time from the arbitrarily determined standard time to the specified timing in the specified stoke of the engine is set as T. L and (a) are set so as to satisfy the expression T=L/a±α/ kN ('+' if the blade approaches the intake air inlet in the standard time, and '-' if it is separated far away from the intake air inlet).
