PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-washing agent composition which gives a good slipping foam touch, when hair is washed, gives good finger combability and flexibility, when the hair is rinsed, and has an excellent effect for preventing the damage of the hair. SOLUTION: This hair-washing agent composition contains an anionic surfactant and/or an ampholytic surfactant. Therein, (A) a cationic dextran which is anα-1,6'-glucoside bond-containing linear cationic polymer, or its derivative, and (B) one or more kinds of polymeric substances selected from dimethyldiallyammonium halide group-containing polymeric substances,α-1,4'-glucoside bond-containing linear cationic polymeric substances,α-1,6'-glucoside bond-containing branched cationic polymeric substances and cationic protein hydrolysates are added to the composition.
