PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of carrying-in and carrying-out work of a load to a car by providing a displaceable displacing member for receiving a carrying-in load on a movable floor and a non-restorable shock absorber for stopping the displacement of the displacing member. SOLUTION: A rotating support body 22 rotatably supports a movable floor 23 through a pin 23, and an arm support member 26 rotatably supports a support arm 27 as a displacing member through a pin 28. The upper end of the support arm 27 is protruded onto the movable floor 23. A shock absorber support member 30 rotatably supports a non-restorable shock absorber 31 such as hydraulic shock absorber through a pin 32. When a load 10 is carried into a car 5, the movable floor 23 is inclined by a hydraulic cylinder 25 to roll the load 10. The load 10 makes contact with a roller 29 to rotate the support arm 27 and stop it. The shock absorber 31 moderates the collision impact of the load 10 to the roller 29 and prevents the impact sound or vibration. In carrying-out, the load 10 is never pushed out.
