PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark sheet for heat-transfer by which patterns can be clearly transferred without becoming inferior even when an article to be transferred has a dark color, and at the same time, the bonding force after a transfer is sufficient, and in addition, which can correspond with flexibility and elongation, and is rich in ventilation property, and can easily transfer patterns. SOLUTION: This mark sheet 100 is used to heat-transfer a pattern on the surface of an article to be transferred, and a pattern is formed of a toner layer 20 which is copied by a color copying machine on a release paper 10 of which the release degree is heavy. Then, on the toner layer 20, a first adhesive layer 30 and a second adhesive layer 40 are formed.
