SOLUTION: Supporting parts 36, 36 for a flexible cable are butted at a position away from piezoelectric vibrators 9, 9, 9, ... arranged for driving a piezoelectric vibrator unit and, connecting parts 33, 33, 33,... are adapted to float from surfaces of the piezoelectric vibrators 9, 9, 9,... via a constant gap G.
