PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing apparatus for cream solder which can bring a squeegee into contact with a screen mask at a specified contacting strength and an angle of attack regardless of deflection of a base sheet and can apply a printing with a stable quality on the base sheet. SOLUTION: A squeegee holder 18 for holding a squeegee 16a is connected with a rod 34 of a piston 33. The piston 33 is stored in a cylinder main body 31. When air is fed to the cylinder main body 31 by passing a tube 36 through it, the piston 33 is pushed down by the air pressure and the squeegee 16a is brought into contact with a screen mask 15. Even if a base sheet 11 has deflection as the squeegee 16a is brought into contact with the screen mask 15 always by a const. air pressure, printing with a stable quality can be performed.
