PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing sticking of suspended matter and hence decrease in the life of a member which requires replacement and capable of preventing increase in unnecessary driving force. SOLUTION: The structure is provided due to the occurrence of suspended matter scattering from one member 16 to the other member 19A since the members move co-operatively facing each other, and is configured so as to act on the other member 19A by being annexed to the other member 19A. In the case, the support part of a member acting on the other member 19A by being annexed thereto is provided with a structure 23D which prevents floating matter from the one member 16 from entering a part 19A1 of the facing area of the other member 19A.
