PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain oscillation at acceleration of a vehicle generated due to increase of generation torque when an internal combustion engine is in an accelerating state. SOLUTION: This electronic control device 20 controls an ignition timing in response to an acceleration fluctuation of a vehicle, in order to reduce oscillation at acceleration generated due to a torsional vibration of a driving transmission system accompanied with a movement to an acceleration condition of an internal combustion engine 10. Prior to starting of the torque variable control, the electronic control device 20 control an opening of a throttle valve 14 so as to open wider than a regular opening in accordance with an operation condition of an engine 10. Accordingly, during the torque variable controlling, increase of a generation torque more than the regular increase can be allowed, thereby effectively restraining oscillation at the time of acceleration.
