PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incorrectness indicating closure for easily discharging a liquid and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An incorrectness indicating closure 24 is formed of an integrated plastic constitution and provided with a base wall section 30 with a peripheral skirt 34 having an inner means for fixing a closure on a container 22, an incorrectness indicating band 38 connected with the edge of the skirt 34 by a means to be broken easily and a stop flange extended from the edge of the band on the side far from the skirt 34 to the axial direction and the radius direction, and the stop flange is provided with a base continued in the peripheral direction and having the uniform thickness in the peripheral direction of the band and a plurality of lugs formed in a plurality of peripheral sections integrated with the base and extended from the base through a space. The lugs are widened all over from the zero thickness of the band to the maximum thickness of the free edge of the flange.
