PURPOSE: A pepper crusher with a relay type transfer screw is provided to produce pepper powder having a desired size suitable for a use purpose through only one time input, to make the pepper powder guided to a crushing roller rapidly and accurately, and to facilitate the discharge of pepper powder. CONSTITUTION: The pepper crusher is comprised of crushing rollers(30) arranged in the longitudinal direction of a body; an agitator(40) disposed over the crushing roller; a spread rod(70) disposed under the crushing roller; a gap adjustment part for adjusting a gap between the crushing rollers; a plurality of auxiliary hoppers formed at the lower and upper part of the crushing rollers; and a plurality of transfer screws(90,100) between the auxiliary hoppers.
