PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container of small capacity with twist-off type mouth portion which can be readily opened and prevent the opening by the impact or the like during its handling. SOLUTION: A flat tab portion 10 is integrally provided at the upper end of a mouth portion 5 of this container 1 through a thin portion 6, the tab portion 10 is made smaller in width than the diameter of a body portion 2 of the container and has a hanging portion hanging over both sides of a shoulder portion 3 across the mouth portion 5, and the thin portion 6 is provided with a pair of rib portions 8 radially outwardly overhanging crossing the width direction of the tab portion 10 at a right angle and extending in the axis direction of the container 1.
