<p>The device has a plate with one end fixed on an armrest of a passenger compartment and connected to an electrical connection unit, where the armrest is placed at the proximity of a passenger and located outside a driver zone. A free end of the plate supports a palette (22a) which adjusts sound volume and tunes frequency of a multimedia system, and a thumb wheel (22b) tuning radio stations and searching range of compact disk.
