PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybridization method carrying out genetic analysis excellent in sensitivity and reproducibility and to provide a chamber for hybridization. SOLUTION: The hybridization method comprises a step of preparing a microarray (16) and a chamber (1) for hybridization, a step of arranging the microarray (16) in the chamber for hybridization, a step of pouring a hybridization solution into the chamber for hybridization while leaving part of a space in a chamber for hybridization in which the microarray (16) is arranged and a step of rotating the chamber for hybridization so as to change a position of a space which is not packed by the hybridization solution in the chamber for hybridization.
