PURPOSE: A producing method of tofu using deep sea water is provided to secure an excellent taste and texture without using harmful components. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of tofu using deep sea water comprises the following steps: inserting a coagulating agent to soymilk at 70~80deg C, and stirring for 2~4minutes using a propeller type stirrer; inserting the mixture into a coagulating tank and stirring with a pitched paddle type coagulating tank stirrer; and inserting the obtained soft tofu into a molding frame attached with a molding pad for compressing. The coagulating agent uses deep sea water. |
