Preparation of an immunostimulation factor (I) comprises treating the blood of a cancer patient with ultrasound, which is carried out with an intensity of 0.6-1.2 Watt/cm, a frequency of 3 megahertz for 3-6 minutes, and subsequently centrifuging with a revolution of 800-2500/minute for 15-40 minutes at 18-25 [deg]C to obtain three phases. Preparation of an immunostimulation factor (I), with specific acitivity for diseases and their types, comprises treating the blood of a cancerous patient with ultrasound, which is carried out with an intensity of 0.6-1.2 Watt/cm, a frequency of 3 megahertz for 3-6 minutes, and subsequently centrifuging with a revolution of 800-2500/minute for 15-40 minutes at 18-25[deg]C to obtain three phases, where for the treatment only one phase with the blood cells and the phase with (I) (supernatant) are used. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic; Immunostimulant. The immunostimulating activity of (I) was tested in cancer patients, where the activity was measured by the increase in the number of the rosette forming cells by lymphocyte. The results showed that the number of the rosette forming cells, in a cancerous patient, was 33.7%, when treated with lymphocyte with the supernatant phase containing (I) (2.9). MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
|
