PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator of high convenience reducing an economical burden and easily securing a place. SOLUTION: The refrigerator 1 has a temperature switching chamber 3 capable of switching an interior temperature to the low temperature side of cooling and preserving stored food and to the high temperature side of keeping heated food warm by cooling with a cooling device 17 circulating an inflammable refrigerant to operate a refrigerating cycle and by heating with a heater 15. A blower 14 is provided for circulating air in the temperature switching chamber 3, and the heater 15 has a single-layer glass tube 15b covering a heater wire 15a.
