PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the installation of a generator in a lift valve of a fluid conduit. SOLUTION: In a valve disc spinning generator, the lift valve 10 to open and close the conduit is installed in the fluid conduit 1 to drive the generator 20 by the rotation of the valve disc 5 of the lift valve 10. The valve disc 5 is rotatably installed around the axis line of a valve stem 7. A valve disc stem 8 having the same axis line as that of the valve stem is installed in a valve hole 4 side of the valve disc 5 so that the valve disc stem 8 can rotate integrally with the valve disc 5. A guide 9 is formed in the valve hole 4 to rotatably support the valve disc stem 8 and guide for the axial direction via an arm 14a. An electromagnetic coil 21 for power generation is installed in the guide 9, and a permanent magnet in the valve disc 8 to form the generator. The valve disc 5 is guided by the valve stem 7 and the valve disc stem 8, and the guide 9 to stabilize the rotation. Since the generator 20 can be compactly housed in the valve hole 4, it is easy to mount the generator 20 in the valve box. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
