摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize proper combustion in an internal combustion engine by preventing the voltage drop of driving voltage on a fuel pump or driving voltage on an ignition plug. SOLUTION: An ECU 1 performs intermittent drive control of a fuel tank (the fuel pump) in accordance with a signal which is output depending on a detection result of the rotating angle of a crank shaft detected by a crank rotating angle sensor 20, at a timing which is not overlapped with that of one or both of the drive control (fuel injection control) of an injector 3 and the drive control (ignition control) of an ignition coil 4. The intermittent drive control of the fuel tank 2 is performed after ignition through the intake, compression and combustion strokes of a four-cycle internal combustion engine or in the following exhaust stoke or in the compression stroke following the intake stroke of the four-cycle internal combustion engine.
