<p>An apparatus for producing a disposable worn article by processing a web (W), the apparatus comprising: a twisting section (50) for carrying the web (W) while twisting the web (W) so as to change an orientation of the web (W); and a bonding and cutting section for partitioning the web (W) by seal and for separating the web (W) into worn articles at a location downstream of the twisting section (50), wherein: the twisting section (50) comprises a pair of first guide bars for receiving and sandwiching the web (W), and a pair of second guide bars for outputting the sandwiched web; the first guide bars and the second guide bars are spaced apart from each other in a web (W) running direction and are positioned in a non-parallel, twisted relationship with respect to each other, and a distance (D) between the first guide bars (51l) and the second guide bars (51n) is set to be less than or equal to ten times a width (Wb) of the web (W). <IMAGE></p> |
