A method of producing ruditapes philippinarum containing germanium is provided to have an antioxidant and a cancer prevention effect by containing natural germanium powder in the ruditapes philippinarum, thereby increasing fishermen's income. A method of producing ruditapes philippinarum containing germanium comprise the steps of: uniformly scattering sand in a thickness of 3cm on a fishery for improving a fishery environment, and plowing the fishery to be more than 10cm using a dredge; uniformly scattering natural germanium ores that are crashed like a sand size with a particle of 0.7-1.2cm on the fishery in a ratio of 6-10 ton per hectare; and continuously supplying nutritious salts to the fishery by artificially making a waterway so that fresh water that naturally flows from the surroundings of the fishery flows in the fishery.
