An RF(Radio Frequency) matching circuit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform tuning with a continuous variable regarding the difference of an RF characteristic by setting the desired length of a micro strip line. An RF matching circuit includes a first micro strip line(11), a ground pattern(14), and a first capacitor(15). The first micro strip line is formed on a substrate(10). The ground pattern is separated from the first micro strip line, and has a predetermined length. The first capacitor is matched by being electrically connected to one point of the first micro strip line and the ground pattern within a line tuning range(d) of the first micro strip line. The first capacitor is moved to a matching point to increase or decrease the length of the first micro strip line. |
