A food waste refrigerator for a sink is provided to install a ultraviolet lamp for sterilization and deodorization to prevent a bad smell from generating in food waste, and discharge sewage to a drain via a filter net and a waste trap. A sterilizing lamp(21) is placed at a housing or a cover(14) of an inlet for applying a light into the housing. If the cover is closed, an operation part of a switch is compressed to be turned off to apply an electric current to the sterilizing lamp. If the cover is opened, the operation part of the switch is lifted to be turned on to cut off an electric current. A storage container is placed in the housing for storing waste inputted through the inlet, having a filter net(22) for discharging sewage generated from food waste or a handle for carrying out the storage container conveniently. A waste trap passes the sewage discharged through the filter net to prevent cool air of the housing from being discharged or prevent air of a drain from being introduced. |
