A cathode catalyst for a fuel cell is provided to ensure excellent activity and selectivity for a reduction reaction of an oxidant and to improve performances of a membrane-electrode assembly and a fuel cell system. A cathode catalyst for a fuel cell includes: a carrier comprising at least one material selected from the group consisting of SnO2-Sb2O3, TiO2, and a combination thereof; and an active material comprising at least one material selected from the group consisting of porphyrin(Fe), phthalocyanine(Fe), porphyrin(Ni), phthalocyanine(Ni), and combinations thereof supported on the carrier. The amount of the active material supported is 5-60wt% based on the total weight of the catalyst. |
