<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying device capable of significantly improving air current efficiency more than by a conventional air spray gun. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with an outlet nozzle 30 through which the air is sprayed and a liquid surface treatment is performed, a control needle valve 40 that controls the supply of a liquid surface treating material to the nozzle 30, and a gas supply path 21 connecting a gas inlet 20 with the nozzle 30. A control means that controls the valve 40 is provided as a cap member 15 that is accommodated in a housing 11 and is engaged with the valve 40. The member 15 is controllable in the axial direction so as to allow the movement of the valve 40 to be restricted in the axial direction relatively to the housing. In each of the member 15 and the housing 11, a plurality of graduations showing the restriction applied to the axial movement of the valve 40 are disposed, thereby enabling the system to repeatedly control a spray pattern of the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
