An antigen adjuvant containing inactivated cell line in which immunoglobulin G heavy chain Fc region is expressed is provided to minimize stability problem of antigen adjuvant and enhance immunity. An antigen adjuvant comprises inactivated cell line in which immunoglobulin G heavy chain Fc region is expressed on the surface of the antigen adjuvant. The immunoglobulin G heavy chain Fc region comprises hinge region, constant region 2 and constant region 3. A method for producing the antigen adjuvant comprises: a step of transforming cell line with a recombinant gene containing a gene coding the immunoglobulin G heavy chain Fc region and a gene coding the transmembrane domain to obtain the cell line in which immunoglobulin G heavy chain Fc region is expressed; and a step of treating formaldehyde the cell line to inactivate.
