Disclosed is a high voltage circuit breaker having a function of preventing opening and closing surge in that a voltage distribution portion for distributing a transmission and distribution voltage applied to high-voltage bus bars and a switching portion for opening and closing the transmission and distribution voltage electrically connected to one output terminal or adjacent two output terminals are provided, so that the voltage thereof is gradually dropped to OV, whereby preventing the opening and closing surge. An object of the present invention is to provide a high voltage circuit breaker having a function of preventing opening and closing surge in that a voltage distribution portion for distributing a transmission and distribution voltage applied to high-voltage bus bars and a switching portion for opening and closing the transmission and distribution voltage electrically connected to one output terminal or adjacent two output terminals are provided, so that the voltage thereof is gradually dropped to OV, whereby preventing the opening and closing surge. Another object of the present invention is to provide a high voltage circuit breaker having a function of preventing opening and closing surge in that a plurality of voltage distribution portions and switching portions is electrically connected, thereby decreasing a capacity and a volume of the high-voltage circuit breaker. Further another object of the present invention is to provide a high voltage circuit breaker having a function of preventing opening and closing surge in that a connecting member for receiving input/output terminals of the coil bobbins or the coil and output terminals electrically connected to the connecting members and moved and connected to a switching member are established therein, thereby easily connecting the input/output terminals of the coil bobbins or the coil to the switching portion.
