摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifetime evaluation method for a crushing mill capable of improving accuracy of lifetime evaluation in consideration of the fact that a vibration stress level is heightened by abrasion of a crushing mill. SOLUTION: This method is prescribed as follows: each distortion of stress concentration parts of a new crushing mill and an old crushing mill operated for a prescribed time is measured; a stress-frequency histogram is formed relative to each raw stock supply amount based thereon; an equivalent vibration stress is determined from a fatigue strength chart and the stress-frequency histogram; each damage degree in one cycle of the new crushing mill and the old crushing mill is determined from the equivalent vibration stress; a relation between the damage degree in one cycle and an operation time is set; then, the damage degree in one cycle is determined from an operation result up to that time of a crushing mill whose lifetime evaluation is to be performed; a stress-frequency histogram at an optional operation time is formed from the damage degree in one cycle; and a lifetime is predicted from an accumulated damage degree acquired by accumulating each damage degree until an optional operation time based thereon.
