PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery structured so as to prevent battery internal resistance from increasing due to current shunt or current concentration to a contact point by providing an insulation layer in a lid, which faces a lead plate, and a collector.SOLUTION: A cylindrical secondary battery 1 has: an electrode group 10 formed by winding a positive electrode and a negative electrode around a shaft core through a separator; a battery container 2 containing the electrode group 10 and having an opening; a lid 3 for closing the opening of the battery case 2; a connection plate 35 to be electrically connected to the lid 3; a lead plate 41 formed of metal foil, one end of which is fixed to the connection plate 35; and a collector member (positive electrode collector member 25) to which the other end of the lead plate 41 is connected, and which is electrically connected to the electrode group 10. The lead plate 41 has: a stationary part 41b1 to be connected to the connection plate 35; a non-stationary part linking to the stationary part 41b1; and a stationary part 41c1 to be connected to the collector member while linking to the non-stationary part. An insulation member 41d is provided on the stationary part to be connected to the connection plate, and insulation members 25f, 35c are provided in a part or all of the connection plate and the collector member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
