PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an atom cell preventing an alkali metal from adhering to a joint portion between a base portion and a lid portion and being capable of improving joint strength between the base portion and the lid portion, and further to provide the atom cell, a quantum interference device, an atomic oscillator, an electronic apparatus and a movable body.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an atom cell includes: a preparation step of preparing a base portion having a recess portion, a lid portion and a liquid body including an alkali metal compound; a step of disposing the liquid body inside the recess portion; a step of drying the liquid body; a step of disposing the lid portion to the base portion and joining the base portion and the lid portion; and a step of isolating an alkali metal by the alkali metal compound being subjected to decomposition reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
