The present invention provides a smart device charging device using a solar cell which is to stably supply power generated in a solar cell through a voltage adjusting circuit and charge a detachable external battery when a smart device, which is a charging target, is not connected to a charging device to enable charging without respect to weather or a location. In addition, the smart device charging device continuously checks a state of the power generated in the solar cell, a battery state of the smart device, which is a charging target, and a state of the external battery to efficiently distribute the power. |
