Disclosed are a filament production system using waste ropes and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the filament production system using the waste ropes includes: a scutching device processing the waste rope into a filament by scutching the waste rope; during-transfer cleaning device disposed at the front of the scutching device along a process line where filaments are produced and cleaning the waste ropes while transferring the same before the waste ropes are transferred to the scutching device. |
