The present invention relates to a melting furnace with an explosion and ignition prevention function for recycling a magnesium scrap. The present invention comprises: a melting furnace installed to electrically melt a magnesium scrap, into which the magnesium scrap is inserted; a cover installed in an upper part of the furnace to prevent air from flowing into the furnace; a coating agent inlet formed in an upper part of the cover to be openable, preventing an explosion by contact between the air and magnesium by forming a coated film on the magnesium as well as increasing an ignition temperature of the magnesium when a coating agent is melted with the magnesium by injecting the coating agent into the furnace; and a pumping machine penetrating from the upper part of the cover to the lower part of the same, discharging the magnesium melted in the furnace to the outside. Moreover, the present invention comprises: a melting furnace installed to electrically melt a magnesium scrap, into which the magnesium scrap is inserted; a cover installed in the upper part of the furnace to prevent air from flowing into the furnace; a smoke preventer inlet formed on the upper part of the cover to be openable, preventing an explosion by contact between the air and the magnesium being melted by injecting a smoke preventer, and preventing contact between the air and the melted magnesium by floating above the melted magnesium in the furnace; and a pumping machine penetrating from the upper part of the cover to the lower part of the same, discharging the magnesium melted in the furnace to the outside. |
