Disclosed is a bed for promoting growth and relaxing joints and muscles. The bed for promoting growth and relaxing joints and muscles, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a bed mattress unit; and rotating roller units installed on both sides of the mattress unit to support user′s upper and lower bodies and extending the user′s body by moving the upper and the lower bodies around a pelvic area to the top of the user′s head and the bottom of the toe end to promote growth and relax joints and muscles. Accordingly, the bed for promoting growth and relaxing joints and muscles has effects of: promoting growth of infants or children and adolescents who are in growth period by applying artificial stimulation to extend joints where growth plates are placed and the whole body during sleep; and promoting blood circulation and relaxing muscles of adult users who are in post-growth period by restoring joints stressed as the user stands for a long time or carries heavy objects and stimulating skin. |
