摘要

The present invention relates to a kinase detection in human breast cancer tissues based on a biochip for detecting radioactive isotope. The biochip for diagnosing breast cancer and a method for diagnosing breast cancer using the same of the present invention can early diagnose breast cancer through simply and quickly measuring phosphorylation using a small amount of samples in comparison with a conventional method by detecting cAMP-dependent protein kinase with high sensitivity in the breast cancer using the radioactive isotope.
