1. A meeting system that enables to share a meeting material between a plurality of terminals comprising a server apparatus that communicates at least one of the terminals via a network, the server apparatus including a processor, in communication with a memory, the processor performing steps of:
storing meeting information that has at least a start time, a meeting identification, and status information of the meeting for each meeting in which the terminals shares the document data; adding a value indicating a status of the meeting; determining the meeting that is within a time shorter than a predetermined time as a resumable meeting; and sending a screen data that is generated to be displayed on the display of the terminals so as to be enabled to select the resumable meeting on.
