A cooling unit for a vehicle battery pack comprises: a cooling blower blowing cooling air to a battery pack in a vehicle; an intake duct connected to the cooling blower and having intake vents opening in an upper direction; and a cover member disposed above the intake vents. The cover member comprises: ceiling plates disposed upward further than a cross section of the intake vents and covering the same; and lateral plates spaced apart from a lateral surface of the intake vents and extended downward from a lateral surface of the ceiling plates, wherein the lateral plates are extended downward further than the cross section of the intake vents. An opening, which is connected to the intake vents, is formed between the lateral surface of the intake vents and an inner wall of the lateral plates. Accordingly, the cooling unit inhibits the intake of liquid into the intake ducts, thereby reducing failure of the cooling blower caused by the liquid. |
