BASE WITH INTEGRAL SYSTEM ASSISTING THE POSITIONING AND FIXING OF PAPER SHEETS ON SAID BASE

Novelty: a base meant for the positioning and fixing of paper sheets via an integral retaining system is disclosed. Construction materials: said base is made of metal or other suitable material or combination of such materials and composed of the main body 1 the upper side 2 of which is upwardly overlapping to form a channel 3 running lengthwise the upper part of the main body 1; into said channel fits the lower side of the lamella 4 having the shape of a Λ-letter with curved top 10 while the other side fits into the channel 7 created by the overlapping of the upper side of the independent metal portion 6; the lower side of the independent metal portion 6 adjoins the upper part 9 of the main body 1 so that, when pressure is exerted on the metal portion 6, a void 11 is created between its lower side 8 and the upper surface 9 of the main body 1 wherein the paper sheets are adapted; in the sequel, when pressure stops, the paper sheets secure by the pressure exerted by the portion 6 due to the lamella’s 4 pre-stressing properties.
