The present invention relates to a vehicle seat pumping device comprising: a housing supported by a shaft; a brake cam accommodated in the housing so as to rotate integrally with the shaft; a pair of brake springs arranged to be symmetrical to each other at the outer side of the brake cam, inserted so as to make close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing, and selectively pressed according to the rotational direction of the brake cam and spaced apart, thereby preventing the rotation of the brake cam in one direction and the other direction by means of the friction force generated between the inner peripheral surface of the housing and the brake spring; a control plate having protruding arms neighboring in the shaft direction on the pair of brake springs, and selectively pressing the pair of brake springs and retracting the same when rotating, thereby rotating the brake springs in one direction or the other direction and rotating the brake cam in the same direction; and a two-way clutch means provided at one side of the control plate in the shaft direction so as to engage with the control plate and rotate integrally with the same when rotation is inputted, and releasing the engagement with the control plate and returning the control plate to the original position thereof when the rotation input is released. Therefore, provided is the vehicle seat pumping device significantly reducing the number of parts, facilitating precision and quality management, and simplifying manufacturing, compared to the conventional art. |
