DDUKBOKI RICE CAKE CONTAINING A SULFUR DUCK AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rice cake for tteokbokki(stir-fried rice cake) containing sulfur-fed duck, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the pharmacological effect of the sulfur-fed duck to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a rice cake for tteokbokki containing sulfur-fed duck comprises the following steps: washing the sulfur-fed duck flesh or regular duck flesh with underground rock water, and sterilizing with far infrared rays; stir-frying the sterilized sulfur-fed duck flesh or regular duck flesh, and crushing; mixing crushed sulfur-fed duck flesh or regular duck flesh with non-glutinous rice, and inserting the mixture into a steamer; and steaming the mixture, and molding with an automatic machine before vacuum packing.
