PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic image developing toner manufacturing method by a spray granulation method that prevents droplets from congregating together in order to obtain a sharp particle size distribution and a uniform electrostatic charge amount distribution and is capable of obtaining high image quality.SOLUTION: In the toner manufacturing method ejects the droplets 13 from a discharge means 10, having a number of holes 12 formed in a part of a flow passage 7 supplying a toner composition liquid 1, and obtains a toner by drying and solidifying those ejected droplets, a secondary air transfer flow 102, which is faster than free falling speed of the droplets and has an angle of less than 120 degrees to an ejecting direction of the droplets, with respect to a primary air transfer flow 101 in the same direction as the ejected droplets, is installed. |
