PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely synchronize multi-streams.SOLUTION: An application generates a tag for synchronizing a first stream and a second stream with each other and adds the tag to the second stream. A tag processing part 103 adds the tag inputted from the application to the first stream based on the time stamp of the first stream. A mixer B50 compares the tag added to the first stream with the tag added to the second stream. When the values of the tags match, the mixer B50 mixes and outputs the first stream and the second stream. When the values of the tags do not match, the mixer B50 outputs the first stream.
