摘要 FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: structure comprises door box made of metal to be fitted in door opening. Structure comprises a door leaf pivotally fixed on hinges in door frame comprising front and rear parts. Front part of door leaf comprises metal front panel and front stiffness element, passing along perimeter of inner side of front panel to form a closed loop, limiting first installation cavity, and sheet refractory material, installed in first installation cavity. Rear part of door leaf comprises metal rear panel and rear stiffener, passing along perimeter of inner side of rear panel to form a closed loop, limiting second installation cavity, and support structure of metal, installed in second installation cavity. Wherein front and rear part of door leaf are connected to each other by means of attachment of front and rear stiffening elements to each other to ensure adherence to support of said support structure to said sheet refractory material. Between front and rear stiffeners there is a layer of refractory material, forming thermogap between front and rear parts of door leaf. Door frame comprises front and rear parts connected to each other through a layer of refractory material, forming a thermo gap between them. Also disclosed is a method of mounting fire- and explosion-proof door structure described above, in door opening with metal binding. Method includes following steps. Welding to door opening first attachment frame of metal angle section to allow fitting of one shelf of section to binding and formation of a support ledge of other shelf section extending inside door opening. Installing doorframe with door leaf in door opening with support against said support ledge. Welding to door opening a second attachment frame of metal angle section to allow fitting of one shelf section to binding, formation of closing ledge of other shelf section extending inside door opening, and fixation of door frame between said support and covering ledges. During installation of door frame between it and said support and covering ledges is placed a layer of refractory material, forming between them thermogap. Also disclosed is a method of mounting fire- and explosion-proof door structure described above, in door opening of a smaller size than said door frame. Method includes following steps. Welding to external perimeter of door frame support frame of angular profile so, that one of shelves of said section passes at a distance from surface of door frame on inner side of door towards inside of door opening to form a slot between said shelf and door frame. Door frame is adjoined to wall substantially with support against said shelf section of frame, extending to form a groove on inner side of door frame, in wall around door opening. Installing on ends of door opening, at least on top and lateral sides of opening, metal fasteners in form of channels, so that each of said channel wall is substantially adjacent to corresponding end of opening, one of shelves covers wall opening from inner side, and other flange is included in said groove formed by profile flange support frame and inner side of door frame, between wall of opening and surfaces o said flanges and support frame, adjacent to each other in area of said slot is a layer of refractory material, forming thermogap. Welding said fasteners in form of channels with each other.EFFECT: disclosed is a fire- and explosion-proof door structure.13 cl, 3 dwg
