PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which allows a user device executing a specific service or a user device for a specific application to perform transmission processing by using a dedicated wireless resource assigned to a random access channel.SOLUTION: A user device communicating with a base station has acquisition means for acquiring an application identifier indicating the application of a dedicated random access channel resource from the base station, determination means for determining whether or not transmission processing is performed using the dedicated random access channel resource, based on the application identifier, when the user device performs transmission processing, and execution means for executing a random access procedure by using the dedicated random access channel resource, when the determination means determined to perform transmission processing by using the dedicated random access channel resource.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
