PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing and proliferating an adhesive animal cell normally in a floating state and colonizing the cultured and proliferated adhesive animal cells in a desired place again.SOLUTION: The cell colonization solution contains glycosaminoglycan in a cell culture solution. The cell culture solution contains serum in a concentration range of 5-20%. Examples of glycosaminoglycan can be heparin or chondroitin sulfate. The cell colonization solution can be used in a cell colonization method separately applied for a patent. The cell colonization method includes putting a cell solution containing the adhesive animal cell in the floating state into a colonization predetermined site, adding the cell colonization solution into the cell solution in the colonization predetermined site to invalidate the floating effect of the adhesive animal cell, thus colonizing the adhesive animal cell in the colonization presumptive site. |
