PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the running cost lower by mixing magnetized air treated in a high magnetic field with water to be treated, settling fine particles in the water to be treated, and separating the solids from liquid. SOLUTION: Rain water is fed from a water feeding pipe 2, pressurized air is fed from an air feeding pipe 5 by a blower 8, and the fed air is magnetized with a magnetizing pipe 6. After the fed air is subjected to prescribed magnetization, it is diffused as fine air bubbles 14 from a diffusion pipe 4, and magnetizes the water in the neighborhood to form magnetized water. Fine solids incorporated into rain water are magnetized and mutually adsorbed, forming large sizes and settle. A screw 16 of a screw conveyor 9 is rotated and a stop valve 11 is opened and precipitate 17 is discharged to the outside. Thus, this device is highly reliable in water purification and can easily and surely separate fine solids and has sterilizing effect due to activating water, eliminates to add chlorine and drastically reduce the use quantity of chlorine.
